Wholesale Exchange/Refund Policy
 From time to time we understand that a Crazyoleez may arrive in less than their intended crazy shape!  Within 7-10 days of receipt of shipment, if you will please notify us in writing that you have an imperfect Crazyoleez, then we will either replace it for you or issue you a credit at our discretion.  After the 7-10 day period any damaged product that arises as a result of shipping will be issued as a credit towards your next reorder.   We are here to make you happy and we want you to have nothing but our best product!
